What's included, what we use, and what to expect on install day.
A typical exterior system includes:
Your written, line-item estimate spells out exactly what's included for your lot.
Exterior relieves water outside the foundation before it reaches your walls — best for most Dallas homes with yard pooling or gutter overflow. Interior captures water beneath the slab before it enters finished space.
Yes. We run a camera to pinpoint clogs, breaks, root intrusion, bellies, and infiltration — so you fix the right thing the first time. You'll see the footage with us on site.
Heavy-duty pipe, washed stone, proper filter fabric and solid fittings sized for Texas storms — not thin-wall flex. Built for 10-year performance.
Most single-family yard/perimeter systems are 1–2 days. Larger lots or commercial runs can be 2–4 days. Your estimate includes a clear time window.
You don't have to be — many customers provide gate access. We're licensed & insured, uniformed, and we do a walk-through before we leave.
Clear side-gate access (typically 4 ft), and access to the areas that hold water — foundation perimeter, low spots, downspout tie-ins, and the planned discharge path.

Yes — heavy-duty systems for buildings, parking lots and multi-family. Sized for volume, traffic and code compliance.
Often, yes. We see undersized flex pipe, no stone, or bad fall that fails in the first heavy rain. We camera the existing line, show you what's wrong, and rebuild it correctly.
No — we're drainage specialists. We solve the water that causes foundation movement. If you need piers, we'll refer a reputable partner and coordinate sequencing.
Why DFW is different and how to keep your system working.
DFW clay is expansive — it swells when wet and shrinks when dry, holding water at the surface. That's why shallow, undersized systems fail. We set depth, stone and fall for clay, not sand.
Standing water 24–48 hours after rain, soggy strips along the foundation, mulch washing out, or a damp slab edge after storms are classic signs.
No — we restore grade and lay sod to hold. First heavy rain is the test: you'll see water move to the discharge instead of pooling.
Very little: keep grates clear of leaves/mulch, and keep downspouts tied in. We'll show you the cleanouts on your walk-through. No annual contract needed.
To a legal, low-point discharge — curb, storm tie-in, or daylight — with proper fall. We don't dump to a neighbor's lot or hide a bad outlet.
